The mill, which dates back to 1840, has been modernized while preserving its milling tradition. The quality of its flours, made from soft wheat harvested in Côte-d'Or, is appreciated by many of the region's professionals. For private customers, the store is self-service, with self-payment in complete autonomy and confidence. A choice of ten or so varieties, packaging from 5 kg, and the possibility of buying sourdough and discovering recipe secrets.
