Jean-Yves Rousseau's expertise also extends to tertiary and industrial buildings, as well as local authority and condominium properties, for which wood solutions are perfectly suited, with strong biosourced insulation criteria. L'Art du Toit's expertise enables the construction of high-rise commercial buildings and promoters' projects, which regularly places the company on the wood projects of real estate players in the Dijon metropolitan area. As a member of the Côte d'Or Chamber of Trades and Crafts, Jean-Yves Rousseau is also helping to draw up future thermal regulations, which will have a major impact on energy renovation.
