An authentic family address. You can sleep in large rooms with balconies and African-style beds - the owner has traveled in Africa - and the rest is Bulgarian breakfast based on good Rhodope products and meals. The papatniks, a Rhodope specialty of grated potatoes whose recipe varies from table to table, are divine! The flatbreads are toasted in the fireplace outside, as is the lamb, and the charcuterie is homemade. A good address for hiking or horse-riding in the mountains.
