The Catholic cathedral of Saint-Patrick et Saint-Felim is a must-see in Cavan's town center. Built between 1938 and 1942, this neoclassical, basilica-style structure is a thing of beauty, clad in white Carrara marble, granite and Burren stone... The cathedral's 68-meter-high spire is surrounded by two small domes. An interesting visit.
