This bar-restaurant run by Sylvie, a Frenchwoman who knows her trade inside out, brings together the region's entire foreign community, including Canadians and French, for activities such as salsa classes, open-mics and weekend concerts. There's also a community library with lots of books and magazines, and "francophone breakfasts" on Wednesday mornings. Good food (wood-fired pizzas, Thai curries, salads...) and good value for money.

Une ambiance contagieuse
Énorme merci à Sylvie et Michel pour ce lieu plein de vie. Super lunch et super soirée entre amis. De la musique, de la bonne humeur, des bons plats, de délicieux cocktails... tout y est pour passer un excellent moment.

Depuis la reprise par un couple de Français, le Picasso s'est bien amélioré, il n'est plus réservé à une clientèle d'expats américains. Tous le monde y est bien venu.
Les plats sont bons, les pizzas superbes, le service souriant.
Lors des concerts du samedi soir avec un groupe en live, l'ambiance est festive, les gens dansent.
