Small apartment-hotel with terraces located in the upper part of the village of Capileira
Located in the upper part of the village of Capileira, this small apartment-hotel created in 1990 is built around the main building with reception, bar, rest room, and 45 rooms that can be accessed via small external galleries. Of good size and rather pretty, the rooms have terraces with sometimes pretty views of the village and are all well equipped: television, refrigerators and beautiful bathroom. Also at your disposal is a large restaurant, closed in winter but where you can have breakfast and a beautiful area of balcony gardens with natural waterfalls that lead to a large terrace with swimming pool and barbecue and view over the barranco de poqueira. A quality establishment whose reception, quite friendly and efficient, will inform you about the many walks to be done in the natural park. If you have to get up early, do not hesitate to ask at the reception desk, we will provide everything you need for breakfast.
Hicimos una reserva para dos días pero tuvimos que anularla dos días antes de la fecha.
Llamamos para anular y nos dijeron que nos cargaban una noche porque no habíamos avisado con 5 días sino sólo con dos días de adelanto. Esas son sus condiciones así que cuidado con las anulaciones.
Pero lo mejor de todo es que el cargo lo estaban haciendo mientras hablábamos por tlf con ellos para anular. Al colgar nos llega el aviso a la cuenta. Muy elegante.
Podría emplear eufemismos pero es evidente. No llenan ni a la de tres el hotel y andan así. Este tipo de acciones manchan el nombre de otros hosteleros de la zona.
Espero que esta reseña la vean miles de personas y decidan no ir a vuestro establecimiento.
