A few meters away from the Paular Monastery, Casa Bricas is the first restaurant that opened in Rascafría in... 1895. It is therefore logical that the owners of the place continue to perpetuate the culinary traditions of the area. Here you can enjoy a fabada cooked with beans from the farm, specialties based on mushrooms, porcini mushrooms and chanterelles freshly picked.
