Located in a former fire station, Rose's is a restaurant, sandwich shop, bakery and delicatessen. The emphasis is on organic and local ingredients. The bread is excellent, which wasn't easy on such a small island. Wines, hams and European cheeses are sold in the grocery store - a testament to the art of living of the people of Orcas. The restaurant, with its very refined decoration, offers pizzas cooked in a wood-fired oven. In short, an excellent address for all budgets.
