This small "suburb" of Thira is quieter than its neighbor, but still convenient for exploring the island's main attractions. It's only a short walk to the center of Thira, so you can enjoy the bustle of the town from time to time. On site, you still have the fabulous view of the caldera, but in a (slightly) more serene setting. Quiet and romantic, Firostefani also offers a wide range of establishments. Here too, hotels fill up quickly, so book well in advance. Beyond the view and the hotels - which is no mean feat - Firostefani offers no sites of particular interest.
