A must in the heart of the city, this well-kept osteria offers traditional Monferrato cuisine, with interesting authentic recipes to sample. In the spotlight: homemade pasta, local classics such as knife-beaten raw beef tartare, famous boiled meats (excellent bagna cauda!) and, in season, truffles, of course, and their many culinary variations. Gourmet homemade desserts are not to be missed, and some fine local wines are available to accompany the dishes.

Mangiato oggi a pranzo, tutto molto buono e di ottima qualità. Servizio attento, professionale e molto gentile. Vini offerti di ottima qualità e con prezzi adeguati. Da consigliare a chiunque riesca ad apprezzare il lavoro fatto in cucina dagli Chef. Un saluto particolare a Rossana per il vino ottimo consigliato.
