ACADIAN MUSEUM OF PRINCE EDWARD ISLAND

Discover the odyssey of the island's Acadians from 1720 to the present. The permanent exhibition is divided into five parts: Acadia and the Acadians, the French regime (1720-1758), the re-establishment (1758-1860), the awakening (1860-1930), and contemporary society from 1930 to today. Also on site: diorama, interpretation panels, photographs, objects of the Acadians of the island, temporary exhibitions, art gallery dedicated to the artist-painter Claude Picard, etc.
