FROMAGERIE LEMAIRE

Founded in 1956, the Fromagerie Lemaire is a must-see. We come here especially for its fresh cheese curds of the day, which is the house's reputation, but also for its tortillons, its strong cheddar, its Swiss cheese and its fine herbs cheese. The store also offers other Quebec cheeses, fresh bread, pizzas, etc. As for the restaurant, try the poutines, especially the deluxe versions, and finish it all off at the dairy bar.
