This company will transport you efficiently from the mainland to the islands of Terschelling and Vlieland. Ideally, you should leave your car in the large parking lot provided (for a fee) in Harlingen and then take the ferry. The ships are modern and all have several lounges and restaurants. The expedition resembles a school trip and is a real pleasure. Note that there is also a more expensive express route that will take you from Harlingen to Terschelling in less than an hour.
