The village of Trapeang Rung is located on Route Nationale 48, alongside the second bridge from Koh Kong. Since the construction of this bridge, the village has developed and organized itself rapidly. More than 500 families live in the vicinity, relying on tourism for their development. With the recent pandemic, the village has gone back to sleep and remains a little-visited destination. However, if at first glance this roadside village lacks charm, the surrounding area is filled with magnificent scenery, foregrounded by the river and the Cardamones, truly fabulous playgrounds for adventurers of all kinds.
