Koh Kood, sometimes called Koh Kut, is the second largest island in the archipelago, located due south of Koh Chang. Tourist development is still rather low, and some parts of the island are only accessible by boat due to the lack of roads. The best time to stay is from late October to March, when rain is scarcer and temperatures cooler. However, it doesn't rain all the time during the monsoon season, and a stay here can be a very cost-effective option. A very quiet island all year round, to relax and unwind.
