Established since 1996 in Guadeloupe at Côte-sous-la-Vent, which remains a large fishing spot (particularly high seas fish), the Caribbean Fumés company has created the Cap Créole brand. Its geographical location allows them to get supplied with marlins, thazards, tuna and sea bream from the fishermen of the island. Specialized in the production of smoked Caribbean fish and chilled dishes in unrefrigerated trays, the shop, adjoining the house for smoking fish, offers a range of seafood products recognized for its taste and distributed in supermarket: sea rilettes, smoked fish, accras dough… Their product range is also available in local supermarket. It is now found on the menu of the restaurateurs of the island.

Owner's Message
This geographical situation allows us to supply ourselves with Marlins, Thazards, Tuna and Sea Bream from the fishermen of the island.
The species have been chosen for their flavor and their unique taste. After selection, we transform them into smoked fish according to the traditional methods of brining and smoking.
Thus, since 1996, we have elaborated a whole range of seafood products recognized on the qualitative and gustatory level.
Marketed in supermarkets (G.M.S.) under the brand Cap Créole, we also distribute a range reserved for the requirements of the restoration (C.H.R.).
