Contract

After your booking request, we will send you a contract. Only after the signed contract has been returned and the 30% deposit has been received does the booking become firm.

Cancellation

Cancellation free of charge up to 11 days before the start of the rental period. In the event of cancellation within 10 days before the start of the rental period, or in the event of early departure during the stay, the full rental amount is due, except in the following cases: Cancellation due to pandemic, serious health problems or family reasons.

Important information

After your arrival, we would like to invite you to an aperitif to give you advice and answer any questions you may have.

The first breakfast includes homemade tropical jam, fruit juices, etc., which we will offer you.

If you wish, we can cook for you and prepare Creole, French or Asian dishes that you can share at our table.

If you wish, we can also organize a Barbecue lunch on the banks of a river in the rainforest

A private covered garage for a small car is available for your use during your stay.

We have a small dog, so pets are not allowed.

Given the presence of a neighborhood, naturism is not permitted.

Several daily flights from Paris to Pointe-à-Pitre with Air Caraïbes, Corsair or Air France (8h flight time). And many other connections to Guadeloupe from international destinations.
