CARSAIG ARCHES

The Carsaig arches are a well-known and popular hiking spot in Mull. These rock formations of the Ross of Mull are of great beauty and the coastline surrounding them is equally beautiful. There is a path leading from the small hamlet of Carsaig, which can be reached from the A849 at Pennyghael. It follows the side of the cliffs to the west. Some sections of the route are very narrow and it is sometimes better to walk along the shoreline and in any case be very careful. The show will reward the brave with beautiful scenery.
