The Laurent family practices organic dairy farming. Here, you will discover the profession of breeder, the farm animals (cows, horses, pigs). Through the windows of the cheese dairy, you will witness the different phases of cheese making. You will also be able to participate in the milking of the dairy. Before you leave, fill up on good organic products! Tchic (fresh white cheese of the day), munster, barkass, raclette, faisselle, yoghurts... You will also find products from the Ferme Laurent at L'Échoppe Paysanne in Ribeauvillé.

This butcher's shop, unlike any other, aims to promote local game from Fréland and its surroundings. Its owners get their supplies directly from local hunters to prepare beautiful pieces of fresh meat and to elaborate delicious specialties in their workshop.
