Résidence agréable malgré la promiscuité de nombreux restaurants (bruit, odeurs). Appartement spacieux et propre, la salle de bain vieillotte, aurait besoin d'être "rafraichie"

Comme nous confirmons la note de 8 pour le rapport qualité prix, nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Néanmoins quelques bémol tel que le fonctionnement aléatoire de la télévision perturbé je pense par son placement adossé au mur de clim, nous regrettons le bruit du voisinage les restaurants sous les fenêtres ainsi que la rue principale côté chambre. Le manque d'isolement et donc le bruit généré par la proximité des autres résidents d'ailleurs non soucieux du repos de leurs voisins.
