Very beautiful address proposing an original, refined and renewed menu, under the leadership of the chef Luidgi Coutépéroumal.
Nestled on the heights of Trois-Ilets with a panoramic view of the bay of Fort-de-France, Zandoli offers an original and refined menu that is constantly renewed, with a focus on fresh products, most often local. It is now the chef Luidgi Coutépéroumal who is in the kitchen. His objective: to sublimate the local products and to combine mixed flavors with traditional dishes. Nice selection of wines, especially organic and natural. A very nice address where it is nice to go to a gourmet dinner for two!

repas frugal et très honnereux.ils s'embourgeoisent dans des plats qui ne valent pas le déplacement tant en gout qu'en quantite.ils annonce un magret de canard et arrive un demi magret.avec cela très chère le maitre d'hotel est condescendant
Magnificent hotel. It is true that the lady is not very welcoming, but the employees are quite responsive, and the dishes are of great finesse. Host and modern presentation grand chefs, unique setting. Small flat for the view of the buildings next door. But I recommend the revisited lemon tart, a marvel. A super moment for the tastebuds...
