Very beautiful address proposing an original, refined and renewed menu, under the leadership of the chef Luidgi Coutépéroumal.
Nestled on the heights of Trois-Ilets with a panoramic view of the bay of Fort-de-France, Zandoli offers an original and refined menu that is constantly renewed, with a focus on fresh products, most often local. It is now the chef Luidgi Coutépéroumal who is in the kitchen. His objective: to sublimate the local products and to combine mixed flavors with traditional dishes. Nice selection of wines, especially organic and natural. A very nice address where it is nice to go to a gourmet dinner for two!

O TI ZANDOLI, SHARE KITCHEN
Our new concept, designed and created by Director Nicolas Magie, offers you a unique culinary experience based on dishes to share.
In a relaxed atmosphere around the Brasero, we will be able to admire our chefs cooking.
We'll love the good advice on natural wines from Émilie Pelletier.
We will love the wood-fired grill that allows us to sear meat and fish to bring them this unique taste.
Finally, we will enjoy cocooning on the terrace to sip one of our cocktails while marvelling at the breathtaking view of the bay.
Opening hours: every day, from 12 to 1.30 pm and from 6 to 9.30 pm.
Owner's Message
The three-level colonial style dwelling offers a cozy bar, spacious lounge, reading corner, and conference room in its lobby area. On the outside terrace, guests may enjoy fine dining at the hotel's restaurant, swim in its splendid infinity pool, and tan on its spacious sun deck.
