Tired of rhumpunch or fish cutter? Cocktail Kitchen revisits Caribbean cuisine with fresh, local ingredients and surprising flavor combinations (coco-ginger crusted fish of the day, sweet potato purée, coconut curry) concocted by Damian Leach, one of the Caribbean's top chefs. As the name suggests, the cocktails (with original recipes) are not to be missed. Inside, the decor is modern and chic, with a few rooftop tables that are very pleasant in the evening. Reservations are recommended, especially for the terrace.
