Almost at the beginning of the Boardwalk, Chill truly deserves its name: you're right in the sand and can literally take a dip before going for a refreshing fruit punch. The atmosphere is relaxed, and when the sun goes down, the benches are packed (especially as it's happy hour, when the Banks and rum punch flow freely). If you're hungry, Chill will fill you up with simple, reasonably priced food (fishcakes, hot sandwiches, grills...). Concerts are often organized here. You'll quickly become attached to it.

Cocktail Kitchen revisits Caribbean cuisine with fresh, local ingredients and surprising flavor combinations (coco-ginger-crusted fish of the day, sweet potato puree, coconut curry) concocted by Damian Leach, one of the Caribbean's top chefs. As the name suggests, the cocktails (with original recipes) are not to be missed. Inside, the decor is modern and chic, with a few rooftop tables that are very pleasant in the evening. Reservations are recommended, especially for the terrace.
