Almost at the beginning of the Boardwalk, Chill lives up to its name: you're right in the sand and can literally take a dip before going for a refreshing fruit punch. The atmosphere is relaxing, and when the sun goes down, the benches are packed (especially as it'shappy hour, when the Banks and rum punch flow freely). If you're hungry, Chill will satisfy you with its simple, reasonably priced cuisine(fishcakes, hot sandwiches, grills...). Concerts are often organized here. You'll quickly become attached to it.
