FERME DU LUPPACHHOF
Ferme du Luppachhof in Bouxwiller is a small, diversified polyculture-livestock farm with on-farm processing and direct sales of dairy products from cows, goats and sheep. Farmers and cheese-makers Elodie and Luc DIEMER have been managing EARL Le Luppachhof since 2017. The farm has the BIO label and practices peasant farming that respects natural production cycles and animal welfare. It favors short distribution channels. In addition to selling dairy products, the farm offers educational activities focusing on farm life, agriculture, the environment and the origins of our food. These activities are aimed at schoolchildren, as well as the general public, works councils and associations. The farm's products are also available at several markets and points of sale.
