This is the Fort Young Hotel's gourmet restaurant. The restaurant is located on the first floor. It features an air-conditioned dining room, as well as a pleasant panoramic terrace. A buffet of local dishes is served daily. The atmosphere becomes much more cosy for dinner each evening, with subdued lighting. The dishes on the evening menu are refined and well-chosen. A snack bar is located on the ground-floor patio. Brunch is served every Sunday morning from noon to 2.30pm.

Located on the second floor of a pretty green house with a planted balcony, this 100% vegan restaurant offers fresh, local, homemade cuisine. Vegetable accras, vegan pies and sandwiches made with roasted peas, squash or eggplant, plant-based drinks and delicious fruit juices are all on the menu, which changes with the seasons. This environmentally-friendly cuisine, known as Ital (for "vital") and endorsed by Rasta culture, is based on unprocessed fruit and vegetables. Dishes are simmered over a low heat and seasoned with spices from the garden.
