Gourmet products local specialties and wines Clişova Nouă

In the commune of Peresecina (28 km from the capital and 18 km from Orhei) you can discover a wine cellar in a traditional rural area typical of Moldavia. The commune is part of the central wine region of Codru. The winery owns 100 ha of vineyards and produces nearly 30,000 l of wine per year. You can taste Peresecina's roșu ("red") wine, which is recommended for its healing properties in case of intestinal dysfunctions. In the same locality the company Altes SRL produces sparkling wine.
