Lookout Mountain Attractions, south of Downtown, offering three attractions within a few miles of each other.
To the south of downtown, Lookout Portes offers three attractions a few kilometres away. Although each one can be visited individually, here is a proposal for the whole route.
Start your visit to Ruby Falls, including opening at 8 p. m. every day. Enjoy a guided tour of the cave and admire the world's largest underground waterfall. Then find out about Chattanooga views from the Lookout Mountain Tower. Plan about 1 hour 30. Free parking.
Keep your day with Rock City Gardens, where each season offers a different view of surrounding flora and fauna. Don't miss the view known as See Seven States. There are several cafés and restaurants on site. Count about 1 hour 30. Free parking.
Finish your day by Incline Railway, praised as "the most inclinée railway in the world", and then enjoy the view offered from the platform of observation. Plan about 1 hour. Pay parking.
