Start your visit at Ruby Falls, which opens at 8 a.m. daily. Enjoy a guided tour of the cave and admire the world's highest underground waterfall. Then discover the views over Chattanooga from the Lookout Mountain Tower. Allow around 1 hour 30 minutes. Free parking.
Continue your day with a stroll through Rock City Gardens, where each season offers a different view of the surrounding flora and fauna. Don't miss the viewpoint known as See Seven States. There are several cafés and restaurants on site. Allow around 1 hour 30 minutes. Free parking.
End your day at Incline Railway, touted as "the most inclined railroad in the world", and enjoy the view from the observation platform. Allow around 1 hour. Paid parking.
