CHARBONAU DISTILLERY LLC

This distillery is a few steps away from the city centre of Natchez. It is the only legal rum distillery on this side of the Mississippi. Doug Charboneau and his son Jean-Luc are the designers of a unique beverage that we are doing in the region. The house from which guided towers are started (King's Tavern/Bledsoe House) is the oldest building in Natchez, built before 1789! Today is a souvenir store and a restaurant whose cook chef is no more than Doug's wife, Regina.
