Ich selbst bin Hobbykäser und habe mir erlaubt einen meiner Käse den beiden Herren als Kostprobe zu überbringen.
Das Lob welches mir von Herrn Antony Junior bzgl.des Käses entgegen gebracht wurde machte mich stolz und glücklich.
Er nahm sich Zeit für mich und ich durfte mir diesen Ort in Ruhe anschauen. Es war ein unbeschreibliches, beruhigendes Gefühl.
Die Kostproben an Käse,die ich
mitgenommen habe,waren der reinste Genuß !!!
Sollten die beiden einmal in meiner Heimat ( Dutenhofen / WZ ) sein, hoffe ich sie als meine Gäste empfangen zu dürfen.
