Originally founded in 1974, the legendary Outer Banks establishment was a hang-gliding school. The Jockey's Ridge dunes are an ideal learning ground for this discipline. Since then, the base has expanded and diversified, and you can register for a whole range of nautical activities, kite surfing at the wake board, kayaking, surfing, jet-ski or paddle board. Whether you are beginner or confirmed, you are welcome at this water base which is among the largest in the world.
