No doubt one of the best restaurants in the city. Don't be discouraged by the queue, especially the weekend, because once installed at a table, fork in hand, you will understand why you are there. Chef Ashley Christensen combines southern cuisine with European influences, and the result is extremely satisfying. The menu changes every day, depending on the seasons and the arrivals. The hotel also houses a bar, open until 2 am.
