Excellent value for money for this residence located on the heights of Saint-Pierre, in a pleasant, leafy setting just 10 minutes from the town center. A good starting point for day trips. The air-conditioned rooms are spacious and functional (individual bathrooms, WiFi), while the studio has a fully-equipped kitchenette. Breakfast is available on reservation. The residence provides a washing machine and free parking.

Owner's Message

The Residence Hotel Le Phoenix is located between the sea and the mountains, 10 minutes from the city of Saint Pierre and its lagoon and 45 minutes from the Volcano de la Fournaise. All rooms are equipped with private bathroom, air conditioning, television and refrigerator. A breakfast service is provided from 7:30 am to 10 am upon reservation. A secure indoor parking, a wifi access and a washing machine (for long stays) are available for free.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Das Personal ist sehr sympathisch, die Zimmer sehr sauber, die Pool- und Gartenanlage sehr gepflegt und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Ausserdem stehen kostenfreie Parkplätze zur Verfügung sowie eine Möglichkeit zum Waschen. Vom Preisleistungsverhältnis einfach Tip top! ????????

Beau cadre. Un accueil correct. Le bois travaillé est très présent dans les chambres. Bien que ce soit propre et fonctionnel, l'ensemble demande un rafraîchissement et une remise au goût du jour au niveau de la salle de bains et des toilettes. Nous avons quand même passé une bonne nuit.
