Read moreRoland Sicardi, a retired restaurant owner, and his son-in-law Joseph Sergi have taken over the vineyard to rejuvenate and expand it, always seeking quality through the expression of the grape varieties and their terroir, all the while fiercely defending the specificity of the Bellet cru. The white wine (made from the rolle grape variety) is vinified in oak barrels and is only released for sale after 18 months. As for the red, it waits two years. Through the rosé, one can recognize the Braquet grape variety which gives it a specific salmon colour.
