Roland Sicardi, a retired restaurant owner, and his son-in-law Joseph Sergi have taken over the vineyard to rejuvenate and expand it, always seeking quality through the expression of the grape varieties and their terroir, all the while fiercely defending the specificity of the Bellet cru. The white wine (made from the rolle grape variety) is vinified in oak barrels and is only released for sale after 18 months. As for the red, it waits two years. Through the rosé, one can recognize the Braquet grape variety which gives it a specific salmon colour.

Domaine de la Source is a 7-hectare family-run organic vineyard nestled in the hills around Nice, producing rare AOC Bellet wines since 1941. It is one of the smallest vineyards in France. Their unique grape varieties, Rolle, Braquet and Folle Noire/Grenache, reflect the spirit of the Nice terroir. Certified organic and biodynamic, their wines are the fruit of traditional know-how combined with a love of the vine. Open for tastings and individual and group visits, the estate welcomes 80% of international tourists, a testament to its renown.
