Located on the northwest coast of County Kerry, Ireland, Ballybunion Golf Club is a renowned golf complex. Founded in 1893, the club experienced financial difficulties before being saved by an investment in 1906. Since then, the club has offered two unique and highly demanding golf courses. The Ballybunion Old Course, created in 1893 and redesigned in 1926, is considered a golfing monument. The first few holes are relatively affordable, but the spectacular part of the course begins from the 6th hole, with challenges that demand total mastery, especially in strong winds. The Trent Jones Cashen Course, built by American architect Robert Trent Jones, is also a fantastic course, although less well-known than the Old Course. The club also offers services such as a snack bar, proshop, restaurant and conference rooms.
