528 Victoria Falls, located 2.5 km from the city center in a quiet, leafy suburb, is a unique, eco-friendly guesthouse with 7 rooms. The small size of the guesthouse allows for a very personalized service. The decor is really neat! There are many relaxing areas throughout the house and garden with rich colors, unique architectural design and textures. The glory of the guesthouse is its rooftop bar, with a spectacular view of the Zambezi River and Zambia.

Our stay was amazing. I cannot say enough nice things about it. From having wonderful recommendations for dinner, to helping out when there was a miscommunication with one of our tours, they did it all! I highly recommend staying here if you are in Victoria Falls!

An exceptional stay with the 528 family! What a warm and hospitable place to stay with gorgeous rooms, a delicious breakfast offering, a wonderful pool area and enchanting decor. The team are the very best part! Such incredible service and awesome advice and direction with regards to things to do in the area. We have our kids with us, ages 8 & 5 and they have had a ball. The family suite is perfect for a very memorable family getaway. Couldn't recommend more! Thank you Paul, Meredith, William, Clara, Gilbert, Fanuel, Lucky, Violet and the rest of the 528 Team! Ein wirklich tolles Guesthouse!
Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.
Paul und Meredith waren tolle Gastgeber und das Personal super.
Wir wurden absolut top betreut und wurden bei unseren Aktivitäten super beraten und unterstützt.
Das Zimmer war richtig schön, der Pool wurde Mittags ausführlich genutzt um uns abzukühlen, Leila hat einen immer freudestrahlend auf der Terasse begrüßt und das Frühstück war sehr lecker.
Es war die richtige Lokation, um unsere Afrikareise abzuschließen.
