Established in 2000, Extra City turned to passenger transport in 2011 to become one of the largest bus companies in the country. Extra City runs twice daily from Victoria Falls to Harare via Bulawayo. Departures are from the Total gas station (near the railroad) or from the Chinotimba bus station (near the Victoria Falls Hospital). Buses also detour to Hwange Safari Lodge, next to Main Camp in Hwange National Park, and then stop at Bulawayo, Chegutu, Kadoma, Kwekwe and Gweru.
