The largest hotel in Mutare is not individual but presents all the elements of the Holiday Inn chain. In front of the large reception well-kept are the lifts leading to the floors. The hallways with carpets lead to comfortable rooms with orange colors and yellow and green motifs. Properly equipped, they usually come with one or two double beds and a bathroom. The Hotsprings Restaurant and the casino offer guests a lunch or a playful break.

Always a memorable stay. Very friendly and warm staff. Super comfy rooms with clean linen, clean carpets and clean bathroom. Room service is now 24hrs. Stayed in the 3rd floor this time around and sad to say water pressure in the shower was so so low and the water wasn't hot at all. The remote for the TV wasn't working properly. Lighting in the room was so dim. I was disappointed with the room service, ordered sandwiches and it took 1hr 40mins to be delivered to the room. The food is very nice but service should improve. Breakfast did not meet my usual expectations, could do with more variety.

My stay at Holiday Inn Mutare was wonderful! The hotel's clean rooms and friendly staff made me feel right at home. Plus, its proximity to the Zimbabwe-Mozambique border and the stunning Vumba Mountains made it the perfect base for my adventures. The staff went above and beyond to assist me, even helping me with internet issues. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast—I left the hotel feeling energized and ready to explore. With safe parking available on-site, I didn't have to worry about my vehicle during my stay. Overall, Holiday Inn Mutare provided the comfort and convenience I needed for a memorable trip.
