In the same vein and right next door to Pamuzinda Safari Lodge, Chengeta also has a lot going for it. Less than two hours from Harare, it's a thatched, wooden family hotel with a swimming pool and 16 comfortable rooms (twin or double), set in the garden behind the restaurant. A family room is also available. As at Pamuzinda, there are many activities on offer in the reserve: game drive, horseback riding, canoeing, fishing, archery and even interaction with elephants.

My first short visit to address staff on a business meeting but fell in love with the environment ???? best lunch ???? and friendly staff. Going back for game drive and canoeing soon
