In this very «local» place, the stove tosses the baking pot of corn (sadza) before customers. Sadza (if not rice or fries) is the basis of all dishes and is accompanied by green vegetables and beef in sauce (beef stew) or grilled (T-bone). Note that the choice may be wider sometimes. In all cases, the atmosphere is truly nice.
