Building with an original history. Founded in 1895 by two South African politicians to establish a hotel, he was requisitioned by the army in 1896 and served as a barracks. In 1899, the government set up parliament. Since then, the facades have benefited from a full cosmetic and the body of the building has even enriched six new floors in 1969; This is where the legislature sits (at Baker Avenue and Third street).
