This is Harare's backpackers, where young and younger people around the world cross in a friendly atmosphere around the bar with its attached lounge or in the common kitchen open to all. In the garden there is a small swimming pool and a big straw and the service is friendly. The neighborhood is one of the nicest in the city, with shops and restaurants in Avondale shopping center just 10 minutes walk from the lodge.

The room near the reception is susceptible to noise coming from people who sit around the reception chitchatting (in my case conversations went on till close to 10pm).
Bathrooms did not have soaps, shower gels and mats. I was mostly disappointed by not having mats as this caused water splashes into the toilet area, considering that there was no readily available mop.
Overall, it might be a great place but quite a number of issues need to be addressed, starting off with the parking.
