In the heart of the park of the Maritim Hotel and its dozens of banyans, one discovers the superbly renovated ruins of national monuments of the 18th and 19th centuries. Self-guided or guided tours lead to an old mill, a distillery transformed into a restaurant and bars, waterfalls and an aromatic garden.
