In the kitchen, Françoise Baptiste, disciple of Auguste Escoffier and author of a recipe book, Les Délices de Rodrigues, prepares typical dishes with local products: fish and shellfish from the lagoon, organic vegetables from the garden, poultry from the farmyard... a delight! She also prepares, on request, classics of the local gastronomy and lobster from the fishing grounds. Takeaway menu for hikers and dinner with guests under the veranda.
