It was in 1986 that Augusto, the owner, decided to return to his hometown accompanied by his wife Luana. After a career in the restaurant business, Augusto was keen to create a gourmet store brimming with quality products. A true "witch's store"(strega in Italian) that won't sell you poisoned potions or toad drool, but rather organic gourmet products: oils, olives, honeys, jams, cookies, cheeses and jarred vegetables such as purple artichokes. Delicioso! Luana's little sister, Leila, has joined the adventure.
