For over 60 years, the tradition of good, hand-kneaded bread has been perpetuated by the Asplanato Angiolino family, the only producers of the renowned Triora bread. Many people travel miles to get their hands on it! The witches' village has its own historic bakery, which, as in the past, produces large loaves of farmhouse bread sold by the kilo, smelling of the legend. Gressins, bruschette and dry cakes are also sold by the kilo. It's the ideal place to stock up on good produce for a superb picnic.
