Since 1952, the tradition of good, hand-kneaded bread has been perpetuated by the Angiolino Asplanato family, who produce the renowned Triora bread. Many people travel miles to get their hands on it! The town of witches must have had its historic bakery, which, as in the past, produces large loaves of farmhouse bread sold by the kilo, with the scent of legend. Gressins, bruschette and dry cakes are also sold by the kilo. It's the ideal place to stock up on good produce for a superb picnic.
