One of Nantucket's finest restaurants is right here in the southeast corner of the island. Chef Jeff Worste has been treating the locals at this inn, open since 1970. The menu offers classic American cuisine, with a mix of complex flavors, spiced up with a few French specialties, such as these brandade fritters with tarragon aioli. The cellar houses no less than 40,000 bottles of wine. The restaurant is housed in a magnificent, bright and well-flowered building that looks like a farmhouse.
