Retrait de 350$ à mon retour pour des dégâts que je n'ai jamais causé, sans me prevenir, sans preuves et sans réponses.
Accuser à tort de dégâts déjà présent lors de mon arrivée dans la chambre, cela n'est pas normal de ne pas avoir fait le nécessaire après le client qui a causé ceux-ci .
Soit la personne qui s'occupe du ménage n'a rien vu où vient personnel est malhonnêtes car pour ma part, ce n'est pas possible que j'ai causéles dégâts dont ils m'accusent (porte cassée et verni sur les murs) car j'ai une maladie de la peau qui m'interdit de porter du verni.
De plus, ils n' apporté aucunes preuves qui peut justifier un retrait, comme cela a ete fait sur ma carte de credit sans mon autorisation.
Attention lors de votre prochain séjour dans cet établissement car ce n'est pas honnête.
