A former morgue that welcomed the body of Buffalo Bill for almost 6 months while Colorado and Wyoming fought for membership, Linger became a highly valued restaurant-bar. It comes for its pleasant surroundings and roof terrace (accessible as time permits) and for its local fusion season card, which draws inspiration from all corners of the world. The place is also famous for its cocktails also based on products from the surrounding farms.
